Our refund policy is based upon a specific date for each online purchases, after which no refunds can be granted. Since all out transactions are for virtual registrations for events, there is no physical product. Refunds do not include any transaction fee imposed by your credit card company.
All refunds are processed using your original method of payment/credit card. Refund may take up to 5 business days to be processed and finalized.
Some events, such as webinars and certificate of attendance at events are not refundable.
